OUR design PROCESS

Project Discovery
Asking questions, defining goals. We study the space, working out the challenges and key objectives to be addressed. We define the design scope & process, budget and timeline.

Concept collaboration
Visual concept boards are provided. The team collaborates on the mood, dynamic, style and the overall aesthetic of the space. We discuss the potential for the space and the specific functional requirements of each area

Schematic Design Development
Initial space planning and millwork sketches provided for remarking. Discussions on layout, functionality and circulation. General interior finish recommendations are considered

Documentation & Specifications
turn key installation
Refining solutions and developing details. The team has agreed on the design direction. Construction documents are created with further development including all finishes and fixture specifications.
Following construction completion designers will set aside 1-2 weeks for furniture & decor installation. This is done turn key with styling to ensure your home is polished off to perfection!

Construction phase & furnishing
Designers are on site to ensure the integrity of design is maintained and to act as a liaison with clients and trades. Furniture, window coverings & decor is procured and prepped for installation.

do you only do full scope design?
For the most part yes. We find that full scope projects with our involvement from beginning to end allow us to give our client's both the best experience and the best end result. We love to work on projects from the initial planning stages and like to leave when the very last piece of decor is perfectly positioned.
With that said, we will offer furnishing & styling only packages if our schedule allows, so get in touch!
Do you only work on projects of a certain budget?
No! Everyone deserves great design. We look at our work as an investment into your home. If you are looking to build or renovate, hiring a designer will ensure you allocate your budget properly and get the most out of it.
Do you have a particualr style?
No! We work with you to develop YOUR unique style and taste, then we level you up from there. Every project, home and client is incredibly unique and we are comfortable working within all interior styles. We find that no one fits within a perfectly defined style and that the most intriguing spaces have an eclectic mix of influences.
